At SpaDerma Medspa, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade skincare products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened items and store credit for gently used products.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our patient care team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return within 30 days of purchase.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Refund Processing
After our laboratory team inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
